EU Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party you nominate) receive the last item of your order. If the last day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the period extends to the next business day.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete the withdrawal form below. Upon submission, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.

Cancellations
EU customers may cancel their order at any time before it is shipped, or within 14 days of receiving the last item.
To cancel before shipment, please submit a withdrawal request using the form above as soon as possible.
Returns
Returned items must be in original condition — unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with tags attached.
For EU customers exercising the right of withdrawal, returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Quality Issue Returns
If you receive a damaged or defective item due to our error, we will provide a replacement or full refund. Please notify us within 30 days with clear photographs. We will cover return shipping costs for quality issues.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
