Return & Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS

If you want to cancel an order, please send us an email including your order information and the reason why you want to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order.

  1. Not shipped orders, we will arrange a full refund.
  2. In transit orders, we can't recall it, so please return the package when you receive it.

RETURNING CONDITION

Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. Returns and refund requests must be made within 30 days after receiving it. If merchandise is returned despite these conditions your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge;

QUALITY ISSUE RETURNS

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective due to our error or mishandling during shipping, we will gladly provide you with a replacement or refund.

Please notify us within 30 days of receiving the damaged product and provide clear photographs showcasing the issue.

We will cover the cost of the return shipping label for quality issue products.

NON-QUALITY ISSUE RETURNS

If you wish to return a product due to reasons other than quality issues, such as change of mind or incorrect size, you may do so within 30 days of receiving the item.

In such cases, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping fees. And the returned product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process.
