Shipping Policy

We shipping our packages to US, CA and AU at the moment. Please note duties and tax charges might be incurred at checkout depending on shipping location. Check services below for more details.

*Notice:

1. For free shipping orders, we normally use Standard Shipping, it takes 7-15 business days to delivery packages,  if you urgently want to receive the product, please choose Expedited Shipping.

2. For bulk order, if the quantity of order is over 10pcs and 22LBS(10KG), the shipping fee needs to be charged according to the actual cost.

PROCESSING TIME 

Please allow 1-2 days for our team to pick and pack you order. Shipping time frames are in addition to our processing times.

Orders will be delivered between 8 am – 6 pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address as a signature will be requested upon delivery. If an authorized person is not able to sign for your delivery the driver will leave a card and the delivery will be returned to the nearest collection center for you to collect.

Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, your order can arrive outside of the estimated time frame.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You can track your order via our shipping confirmation email. If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact our team directly via email support@flannelgo.com.

DUTIES & TAXES

Taxes and duties are calculated at checkout according to your shipping destination and itemized on the order summary page. We ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will paid at the time of purchase. Note that duties and taxes are non-refundable.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our team straight away by Contact us page.

We unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancel your order after it has left our premises. We pack and ship orders daily so cannot guarantee your requests can be made.

ORDER INSURANCE - WITH ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION

Route Package Protection is a service that ensures your order during transit and can be added to your order checkout. We. are not liable for any lost, damaged or stolen parcels during transit. Route is not refundable.  

GIFT WRAPPING & MESSAGE

We offer signature gift wrapping at checkout which can be added to your order for $10 USD. Wrapping includes box, tissue paper, sticker wrapped in a ribbon, personal note can also be added on a handwritten printed card.

If you require presents to be separately wrapped, we require you to place separate orders.
